Aloituspalaveri
The kick-off meeting launches the design process and covers all the key factors guiding the architectural design. During the meeting, we go through elements such as the topography of the plot, cardinal directions, zoning regulations, and the construction budget. We also discuss the client’s needs for the spaces to be included in the house and their wishes regarding the architecture.

Building permit drawings
Once the drafts have been approved, the designs are refined into main drawings, also known as building permit drawings. These drawings include detailed information such as site elevations, structural types, and markings to ensure compliance with fire safety and accessibility requirements. For the projects we design, we act as the responsible architectural designer.

Preliminary design
During the preliminary design phase, initial plans are created based on the client’s wishes. These plans include a site layout draft, floor plan draft, section draft, elevation drafts, rough 3D visualizations, and a 3D model for the client to explore. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to experience your future home in virtual space using our VR (Virtual Reality) glasses. The preliminary design package always includes one proposal and two rounds of revisions or updates. With the finalized preliminary plans, the client can begin requesting quotes from contractors.

The principal designer leads the design process, ensures the compatibility of plans across different disciplines, and verifies the adequacy of initial data. They also act as the main point of contact with the building control authorities and present the project to them during the building permit phase.

Working drawings and details
When needed, we produce working drawings such as dimensioned plans, door and window schedules. We also design necessary construction details, including eave and window details.
Sisustussuunnittelu
Tarjoamme laadukasta sisustussuunnittelua verkostomme kautta. Sisustussuunnittelun sisältö määräytyy asiakkaan tarpeiden mukaisesti ja voi pitää sisällään esimerkiksi tilakohtaiset huonekortit kalusteineen ja sävyineen.
