Mira Pasma

I work at ARCLE as a project architect.

I have more than ten years of experience in construction projects and collaboration with authorities. I have worked both on the client side and as a designer, which helps me understand the interests and technical–economic perspectives of different stakeholders. For the past nine years, I have worked as a project architect and building designer in both demanding and standard residential and care facility projects.

In my view, successful architecture combines beauty, functionality, health, cost-efficiency, and environmental responsibility. At its best, architecture serves all these aspects and integrates seamlessly into the final outcome. Every design assignment is an intriguing optimisation task, where the best results are achieved through collaboration with professionals from different fields.

I spend my free time with my family and friends.
