Joel Lehtola

I am responsible for ARCLE’s operational activities. I also work as an architect and principal designer.

I have worked extensively as an architect on a wide range of projects, from residential construction to commercial buildings, as well as various special housing developments. In addition to architectural and principal design work, I also have experience in cost estimation, product development, and sales.

In architectural design, I strive for a functional approach: every component of a building has its own functional purpose. I believe that successful architectural design starts with understanding the client’s needs and objectives. When design solutions are aligned with the client’s goals and combined with the architect’s professional expertise, the result is functional and financially viable projects.

In my free time, I enjoy sports. In the summer I spend time on the golf course, and in the winter at the gym.
