Jaakko Vänttilä

At ARCLE, I work as an architect and principal designer in demanding and exceptionally demanding projects. I am also responsible for the technical development of our office, including areas such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and artificial intelligence.

I believe the best buildings are created through collaboration. At ARCLE, this means active dialogue within our team as well as close partnership with our clients and the future users of the spaces.

For me, good design is more than aesthetics; it is the ability to understand the whole and create solutions that are functional, high-quality, and economically sustainable. My extensive experience in the construction industry and in leading complex projects plays a key role in ensuring successful outcomes for our clients. I am proud to be part of a team that is committed to this shared vision every day.

In my free time, I find balance in nature. Orienteering, skiing, and maintaining traditional biotopes through sheep grazing bring calm, space for thought—and the energy needed for the next projects.
